On the decal artwork, we went for easy to read and eye-catching with our vibrant red and white on a glossy black background. For the plastic cover, we blended function and flair without taking our eyes off of ergonomics by always putting the caliper back in our hands to make sure the feel was just right. However, the Aventor is far more than just a pretty face. PICK IT UP AND MEASURE To make our caliper easy to operate, we’ve incorporated a new origin function, DPS (Direct Positioning Sensor), so users no longer have to set the zero point every time they turn the caliper on or after replacing the battery. It also features an automatic shut-off feature that puts the display in power-save mode after 5 minutes of idling and wakes it up as soon as the slider moves again. This automation feature cuts down inefficient power usage and extends battery life longer than a year. We’ve added a SPC port so you can easily export your data into a spreadsheet without installing additional software. And for an additional fee, we can provide this caliper with a ISO 17025 certificate from an ANAB certifed lab in Wisconsin.
